Our cellars consist of over 400 labels including the best of Tuscan wines as well as wines from other regions, and it is managed by our sommelier Fabrizio Lorenzini.

Fabrizio's passion and professionalism, combined with his international knowledge acquired in his travels abroad, guide our customers in choosing the right culinary combinations.

Flavours and fragrances, sometimes almost imperceptible, to be appreciated by the finer palates or stronger bodied wines for those who like more decisive tastes, but always matching perfectly our dishes with wisdom and inspiration.
